My May 2023 Wrap-Up

May is over, which means school is out and it is HOT here in Texas! We had a busy month between end-of-year activities, catching up with friends, and prepping for all of the summer fun that is yet to come. I have a lot of cute fashion finds that I am excited to share with you all as well as some shoes and accessories that you NEED for summer! Fashion Favorites:

We’re kicking off summer and chances are high that you have plenty of weddings, baby showers, and other fun activities to attend that may require a nice dress. Amazon has been my go-to lately for cute dresses. I recently did an Amazon Live and shared all of the cute summer dresses I’ve found. You can check it out here. If you need a more formal dress, this satin ruched maxi dress is stunning! It is so flattering! This pink midi dress is another great option; it has pockets!! If you like to rock a floral moment, this dress can be worn on and off the shoulder. Walmart has some cute options for casual looks as well. I adore these flutter-sleeve dresses, I have them in several colors.

One of my favorite things about summertime is that my kids are home and we can all enjoy the pool together. If you’re looking to refresh your swimsuit drawer, I found some cute options for you! Maurices has some super cute options. Hot pink is so trendy this year, this pink ruffle swim is adorable. This floral ruched one-piece is so pretty and looks so flattering. Shoes & Accessories:

Let’s talk shoes and accessories! Personally, I love a good belt bag. They are so easy to throw on and go, and they keep my hands free. These are definitely mom-friendly. If you want to add a pop of color to your outfit, you can’t go wrong with this pretty pastel pink belt bag. If you prefer a neutral bag, you can opt for this smaller bag or grab this larger one.

During the summer, you need a staple pair of sandals as well as a good pair of sneakers. You can keep these neutral, so they pair with whatever you are wearing. I’ve been rocking these adorable Dream Pairs sandals from Amazon. I wore them walking around NYC, and they were perfectly comfortable. I also recently ordered the Under Armor SlipSpeed sneaker and love them! They are convertible, so you can tuck the heel for a slip on style too!

Top-Sellers:

I enjoy seeing what you all were shopping each month. It looks like everyone was stocking up on summer dresses. My flutter sleeve dress and eyelet dress from Walmart made the top seller list this month. If you’re looking for some new shorts, this pair from Old Navy comes in a few different colors and patterns.
